Screenwriter and Story Editor Mark Pallis joins Euro Scriptchat on Sunday the 21st of April


Euro Scriptchat is pleased to announce that we'll be joined by Screenwriter and Story Editor Mark Pallis on Sunday the 21st of April 2013.

Mark is a former barrister and Investigator. His creative big break came in 2008, when TwentyTwenty television asked him to come up with ideas for a period legal drama; Mark unearthed William Garrow and three series of the BBC1 drama Garrow’s Law soon followed, with Mark serving as Story Editor.  Mark has co-created two further drama series for TwentyTwenty both of which are at pilot script stage.

Mark has written episodes for the new 52 x 11 minute CGI adaptation of Beatrix Potter’s Peter Rabbit for Silvergate/Nickelodeon to air late 2012. 

In film, Mark wrote the Indy Brit Kung Fu movie Iron Monk, due to start shooting in 2013. Currently, Mark is writing Destination Saigon, an action adventure which starts shooting in Vietnam in 2013.

He is co-writing a family comedy Fired! about what happens when a kid fires his parents and also has a low budget musical comedy feature up his sleeve which he will write and direct.
